You will stay on a private and quiet 2500 m2 plot with free enclosed parking.

Cette petite maison en pierre, pleine de caractère, est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre en pleine campagne. Profitez de sa grande piscine (12m X 6m) avec vues exceptionnelles sur la vallée du Lot. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Figeac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie ou les célèbres grottes de Pech-Merle, et aussi pour profiter des randonnées magnifiques dans la région et du canoë-kayak à quelques kilomètres dans la vallée du Célé.

Jolie petite maison en bois et pierres restaurée avec des matériaux écologiques, notre gîte qui autrefois abritait des moutons et un poulailler, se situe sur le Causse à égale distance de Figeac et Villefranche de Rouergue (23 km) et de Cajarc et Villeneuve d'Aveyron (12 km). Le gîte est isolé et nous serons vos seuls voisins sur un terrain de 4 hectares. Le gîte est totalement indépendant et dispose d'un grand jardin.

A small break to recharge and enjoy the calm around a heated and totally private pool for you. The 4* Gamétis was completely renovated in 2022. The cottage is completely independent and is located in the heart of a 6 ha meadow and 60 m from the owners' home. Everything you need is already there. Enough time for you to enjoy the region rich in heritage and gastronomy. Hiking on site and all shops 10 minutes by car.

This typical Quercy house, over 200 years old, is a small haven of peace, ideal if you want to relax in peace, away from the city and adopt a simple lifestyle focused on nature. Montsalès is full of small shaded hiking trails that I will show you.
