James is an amazing host, always helping us and and trying to accomodate our needs. The house has a perfect location, walking distance to Mayo Clinic and restaurants/bars. The place was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsey’s property while visiting the Mayo Clinic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to feel at ease during our stay. Chelsey was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring we had a smooth check-in and a peaceful stay. The location was convenient, making our trips to the clinic stress-free, and the space itself was a calm and welcoming retreat after long days. We truly appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into making this home such a great place to stay. Simply put, the stay exceeded our expectations. I was initially worried about cleanliness because I was traveling to Rochester for a kidney transplant and that is high priority. Upon arriving, all those worries were gone. The house was beyond clean and included all amenities mentioned in the listing. The neighborhood was absolutely wonderful. Very tucked away in its own little space, with friendly neighbors and a very relaxed feel to it. The immediate area offers plenty of restaurant options, all within 10 minutes or less. If you stay here for medical purposes, it’s a direct route to the Clinic which was a relief. Jason was very responsive to any messages or questions that came up. For the month plus that we stayed here, it worked out to be less per night than most hotels in the area, and combine that with the comfort of being in a home, this was a great place to stay. Would recommend to anyone for extended stays or a short stay.

A lovely, clean and quiet place close to the Mayo Clinic. Everything you need for a brief stay is included. Would gladly stay with Rich and Michelle again next time I’m in town!
