Villa de standing de 52 m2 avec sa grande terrasse de 30 m2 avec vue panoramique à 180° sur Propriano et le Golfe du Valinco (vue à couper le souffle !) avec piscine de (12mx6m) de mai à octobre réservée aux résidents. Située dans un cadre naturel et préservé, la Terrasse des Oliviers est une petite résidence composée de 9 logements. Accès direct à la plage et petites criques par un petit sentier en traversant quelques rochers en contre-bas de notre villa. Arrivée autonome avec boîtier digicode.

Quiet location in a large, landscaped garden surrounded by olive trees and holm oaks with magnificent sea views to Campomoro, where the largest of the Genoese towers stands, which can also be climbed on a worthwhile hike with swimming facilities. In the garden, plants with injury potential thrive (agaves, cacti, bougainvillea). The paths are partly unpaved. Parents are liable for their children!
