Beachfront holiday rental in Ollolai

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thanks again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

The apartment is nice - we enjoyed the sunny terrace and the garden and also the very short distance to a very nice beach. Thanks for having us!

The stay at Serenella's was great. The apartment is located directly on the sea and you can enjoy an incredible sunrise. Communication was very warm and Serenella was very accommodating. The place is highly recommended.

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

It's quite easy to get the beach. We have a good experience both at night and morning. The house is quiet. It is surrounded by the plants and play ground. We have large area to enjoy around the house and the beach.

Very practical, cozy and clean apartment in a beautiful area of Budoni. The sea is very close and beautiful and in a few minutes on foot you can reach the village where you can find everything bread, groceries, bars and restaurants, typical shops, pharmacy and much more. The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

Piero's house makes you feel right at home. Everything is nicely furnished and you have plenty of space. Also in the garden you can make yourself comfortable on the loungers or the covered lounge. The beautiful beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 min. We liked it very much and we can recommend the house and Piero as a landlord with the best conscience.

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

Daniele personally welcomed us and showed us everything. The place is really great and the view from the terrace is really fantastic. Daniele was also happy to share recommendations for the area with us and they were very helpful, as the area has a lot to offer and it can be difficult to decide on something 😇 we recommend the accommodation 👍🏻

we had a lovely stay. the apartment is near the beach, well equipped, and we appreciate being able to eat outside. gesuina was accommodating and adapted our departure time. there was a lot of mosquitoes (in April!)

The house is beautifully private and quiet. Several options to change seating due to wind, rain or sun. Very nice house beach. Approx. 5 min. by car. You can also walk to the water. Approx. 5 min. However, there are only rocks. Very small place with two small supermarkets (no fresh fish), where there is almost everything and at normal prices. To a supermarket Conad, Crai or EuroSpin min. 30 min. Travel time (I thought that was a shame). To get somewhere else, always over the pass on the mountain. It's fast, but it's always a hassle. In the slightly larger town of Tertenia there is a fish shop. In the evening, there's nothing to do, where you could go. Since we were there in mid-September, many restaurants were no longer open. In the house itself, only the seat cushions should be renewed. They suffer when they're outside all year. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great house.

Beach house incl. direct access to the beach. A dream. Sunrises and the beach exceptional. The house has everything you need is well-equipped and very comfortable. The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

Alessandra's apartment is in a great location, in fact you can explore from here, by car, the countless beaches of Ogliastra, on foot, the charming town of Santa Maria Navarrese. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces, with a very spacious and livable porch. The proximity to Tancau beach (less than 50m) is an added value. The supply of essentials is complete and very practical. Recommended.

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.
