We had a wonderful stay. Riccardo’s home is wonderful and as described. The lake and Mountains View are breathtaking. A great place to relax and be peaceful. Walkable to Menaggio and easy to take the ferry to other towns like Bellagio and Varenna. Riccardo is a great and responsive to all questions. Can’t wait to go back again!

Absolutely stunning location, Andrea was a great host and very responsive. It’s a little walk from the parking space to the house so pack light! Or embrace the workout of transporting luggage as the location makes it worthwhile. The house was lovely, the bathroom is superb and the bed is comfortable. Watching the sunrise from the balcony with the view of the lake was a great way to start the day.

All I can say is what an incredible airbnb!! Mattia was responsive, kind and went out of their way to ensure I had the best possible stay - even with a flexible check out. The place is easy to find and close to the bus stop which was handy. It’s harder to get around if you don’t have a car and the buses come every hour; but if you plan well it’s not an issue! The view was breathtaking and I wish I never left - it’s better than the photos! Don’t hesitate to book this airbnb. Mattia thank you for such a beautiful few days!

We were warmly greeted by Moreno and received many useful information about the area. Both check-in and check-out worked great. Moreno was even flexible in terms of time. We loved the views from the terrace. The apartment is located directly on a busy road, but the existing street noise did not bother us. We especially liked the location of the apartment. Sights were within easy reach. Lake Como is definitely worth a visit and we would come back.

Stunningly beautiful building and setting on the lakefront surrounded by peaceful green gardens. Lorenzo and team were very responsive and easy to communicate with and even dropped off a bottle of wine when the weather turned bad. Apartment is clean and comfortable with everything you need (iron, hairdryer, kitchen equipment). San Giovanni village is on your doorstep with a cafe and restaurant, Bellagio is a 15minute easy walk away. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay!

Very comfortable and clean unit. It is hard to describe in words the beautiful view of the lake from this unit. I spent many nights looking out the kitchen window to the night view across the lake. The owner met and assisted with our luggage from the taxi both when we were coming and leaving. What more can you ask for.

Manuele’s beautiful apartment was a perfect place to stay for our family of five. Manuele sent great instructions ahead of our stay that made check-in very easy, including tips on car-free pathways to the beach and central Bellagio. We loved our stay at Bellagio Love and will absolutely be back!

Stayed with 6 people on New Year's Eve. The host Urs was kind and helpful. Comfortable accommodation in a complex overlooking the lake on the border with Campione d'Italia, easily accessible on foot. The only flaw is the really minimal kitchen, housed inside a piece of furniture.

The apartment matches the description and photos. Very quiet apartment with exceptional views. Andrea is very attentive and attentive. Everything is together to feel good. We can only recommend the apartment and the place. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks again to Andrea for her kindness and attention.

Very fresh and good accommodation with very nice and helpful host. Domaso is a small and quiet village, a good restaurant right across the street, more within a short distance. Operated main street directly outside but the home itself still protected. Nice pool, good beach and swimming in river in walking distance.

We had a lovely week at Emilio's place. Everything was impeccable and thoughtful. The accommodation is functional, well-equipped and very quiet, day and night. Access to a private courtyard and all the furniture needed to enjoy it was much appreciated. In short, it was an exceptional stay in an environment of great beauty.

A true gem in the heart of Lake Como. Situated on a peaceful, quaint cobblestone street, this beautiful rustic space was the perfect retreat. The lake is right outside your back door and the landscape could not be more picturesque. Nicoletta was fabulous! So easy to communicate with and really went out of her way to make us feel at home. :)

Amazing to stay in such a grand building right by lake

We spent almost a week here and thought it was the absolute best option we could find. Walking distance to everything and lovely private garden with more than 3 different cats visiting every time you sat there. We walked to almost every restaurant they recommended and had absolutely amazing food served! They respond quickly to messages and even offered to help us with something we thought about after 10pm at night, top service! If we go back, we absolutely live here...

The hosts were very helpful and anticipated any questions or needs. Easy self-check in. Their apartment size was just right for 2 adults with a toddler for a 3 night stay, and very clean. We didn’t eat in so cannot comment on kitchen amenities for cooking. Nice crib provided at my request. We loved spending time on the sun terrace with our 2yr old daughter, and right across the street was access to a beach which she loved spending some time on. Just a short walk up the street was a good pizzeria and a few other restaurants with outside seating and great views. Downstairs was a restaurant where we also enjoyed coffee and fresh croissants in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The accommodation offers a lot of space, which is very suitable for a family with children! Francesco always responded very quickly to requests. I highly recommend this Air BnB.

Super comfy and right on the water off the beaten path. What a peaceful little Village to relax in. Will definitely be back
