It is small, quiet and friendly, and has everything you need (small supermarkets, cafes and tavernas), and is close to one of the best beaches in Chios. The house is restored according to the old plans, spacious and rustic. Balcony and roof terrace add space. Fully equiped kitchen (gass oven top) and microwave, toaster, large dining table. Floor fans. The care taker is Tania. She will be next door in daytime.

Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

The harbor combines a fishing retreat that hosts the famous fishermen of the area and a large, welcoming beach with fine sand and shallow clear waters. Lithi beach is only a 10-minute-walk or a 2-minute-drive away from our complex.

A family house with 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds on the ground floor and the other with a queen double bed on the first floor. There is also a sofa bed on the second floor for any extra person. The house has also a big bathroom and a WC. It is located in the heart of the village what makes you feel the simply and peaceful life there. It is the appropriate choice if you want to relax away from the city noise, close to the most beautiful beaches of the Chios island.

The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
