Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. Every fragment of the turret, every room is a blend of history, old materials, and the medieval spirit with design and comfort. Here, nothing is perfect... no right angles, no obvious spaces. There is plenty of stone, wooden floors, old restored windows, a wooden staircase in the center of the house reminding you of the age of the home. There are cobwebs that appear out of nowhere. There is a soul. The bathroom, which invites you to bathe in an old cast iron tub, and a sauna...

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m²) with a hot tub for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten Mountains. The house has two separate bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub accessible directly from the large terrace. Firewood is at your disposal free of charge.
