Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1 floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. The apartment is located in the attic of our house. This can only be reached via stairs on the fourth floor (no elevator) and you have a magnificent view over the roofs of Oldenburg. If you arrive by car, please let us know in advance, there is parking in front of the house. All public and private areas are non-smoking zones.
