The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Diese ist nur über Treppe im vierten Stock (kein Fahrstuhl) zu erreichen und man hat einen herrlichen Blick über den Dächern Oldenburgs. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, es steht Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Alle öffentlichen und privaten Bereiche Nichtraucherzonen.

We rent our cute vacation home in Aurich / East Frisia in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from downtown. Although the former bakery is only 22 m², it is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers.
