Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is furnished with love and down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has an area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to daydream for a while!

With its own entrance, a spacious bedroom, a cosy living/sleeping area and a modern bathroom, you can enjoy peace and privacy. The train station is within walking distance; you can get to Groningen in 14 minutes and to Leeuwarden in 30 minutes. An ideal base for exploring the city, nature, Lauwersmeer and Schiermonnikoog. Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Next to the former Wierde museum on the Torenstraat in Ezinge is the former Green Cross building. What used to be the "consultation office" has been converted into a full-fledged apartment. There we offer a spacious living room with plenty of light, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a toilet and a "private" entrance. Please note: In principle, no breakfast! (unless in consultation)

This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!
