Monthly Rentals in Old Town Scottsdale

This place was a really nice size and was located in a really good location. Super walkable! The host was available for any needs and even let us check in early which was so helpful! There are a few things to note- Pros-location, cleanliness, well stocked for cleaning, laundry, and a beautiful view from the balcony. Also, offered late check out for a fee. Things to note- this place appears to be an apartment so you must get keys off a fence entryway to the building (located in a lockbox). It also says do not speak to people at the front desk which made me feel a little uncomfy or like I shouldn’t be there. We didn’t have any issues but just something to note if this isn’t your vibe. Lastly, which this has to do with the building itself and not anyone’s fault but the bottom floor has a terrible smell so if you’re sensitive this may be an issue. However, This unit was on the top floor so no weird smells there! Overall an enjoyable stay and the apartment itself was 5 stars!

Janet was very communicative and I appreciated that and the area being so central to such fun places and activities. I did not get a chance to enjoy the pool. I was there too short of the time. It was a generally quiet spot with some traffic noise the bed was comfortable Disposable was broken, but it wasn't a big deal There was one piece of artwork that was a little bit triggering but just removed it for the trip and then put it back respectfully. It was decorated really fun and colorful otherwise. I would recommend as a great place to stay and stay there again no hesitation

I stayed here with my son & daughter, because my son was playing in a baseball tournament. The location was ideal! Close to many things, and less than 30 min from everywhere else I needed to be. House is cute, beds comfy, easy parking! I recommend!

Great location and pool. Walking distance to old town. Responsive and friendly host. Very clean highly recommend will stay her again when in town with family.
