Townhouse holiday rentals in Old Town Scottsdale

This is the third time that we have stayed at Santiago‘s condo. It’s in a great location walkable to the pool and plenty of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

we found the location to be excellent with easy access to downtown Phoenix and other surrounding communities. the house is nicely decorated to make it feel homey.

The Airbnb was really nice and felt right at home. All the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen/living area were super clean and smelled nice. The community where this house is located is also nice and peaceful. Lastly, Pete and Maria are very welcoming and helped me throughout my stay at their Airbnb. I would highly recommend renting this place for a big family.

We will be back!! Everything met our expectations and then some. Vince did a great job and was very responsive!!

The place was perfect, right next to Fashion square Mall. Walkable area, and very quiet. This is one of the best places we have stayed in Scottsdale.

This was a great stay! Angel’s place was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds, a big smart TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms. There’s also a lot of attention to detail in areas like the bathroom (Q-tips, floss, etc). He also had a welcome sign with my name 😃. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Davis is the ultimate host and his townhome is perfect! Look no further than here to have an amazing stay. There isn’t a single thing that didn’t meet or exceed our needs. Clean, clutter free, great beds and bathrooms, water always hot, quiet at night for restful sleep, great layout and use of space with furnishings. The location is PRIMO. We had events in Mesa, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Access in and out is SIMPLE and stress free. We loved walking to Old Town, too. David had an extra playpen available to use on main floor for our infant-thank you! If you are fortunate to make this your place to stay, you will be blessed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, David. We will always stay here for future trips!

I stayed here while my house was being renovated and it was perfect. I loved being by the greenbelt and close to the parks to walk my dog every morning. There's a church two blocks down that I was able to go to and I visited the library which was less than a mile. The townhome was quiet, clean and easy to find. I enjoyed my time there.

We had such a wonderful time. Everything was perfect - clean, convenient, exactly as shown in the listing. The owners were very responsive and answered our questions right away. Even leaving snacks and bottled water was a really nice touch because we all flew in from different areas of the country and didn't want to run out shopping as soon as we got there. That thoughtful act shows how much they care about their guests. There's a lovely private patio outside the kitchen which we used every night, and the pool is an easy walk - about 2 blocks. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect spot for easy access to all that you want to see and experience in Scottsdale. Lovely spacious unit that’s very safe and convenient to everything. Nice pool and workout room and pickleball. Lots of nice touches to make our stay wonderful.

Maria was an amazing host! So attentive to our needs. We needed an early check-in, and Maria made sure we got it. Without a doubt one of the best experiences we’ve had with airb&b.

Bernice was very communicative and open with us from the start. The apartment was easy to access, exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to use, there were plenty of utensils and plates, and the dishwasher and washer/dryer were both very easy to operate. The bathroom was a highlight, the water pressure is excellent and the provided shampoo, conditioner and soap especially nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bred’s place in Scottsdale was everything I needed and more. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and Bred made sure I had everything I needed throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid spot in Scottsdale.

We had such a wonderful time at Bree’s place in Scottsdale! The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and incredibly homey. It had everything we needed and more, and we immediately felt relaxed and at ease the moment we walked in. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was great too, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely book again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Gavin’s place was very nice. Quiet but within walking distance to a massive shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. Would most definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this location for a Scottsdale getaway.

Sasha's place was just right, comfortable furniture, nice TV, convenience of kitchen and plenty of utensils and dishware to eat and cook in. Location is great, conveniently located near 3 grocery stores within walking distance, along with a variety of restaurants. Sasha was always available and responded quickly to messages. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Thanks again for the great rental!

Chance was very helpful and communicated well through every step of the process. Good value for a nice stay in the Phoenix area.

I am always skeptical about staying at airbnbs due to "horror stories" but it was great! No out of the ordinary rules and great communitions back. Would stay again if i am ever in the area. Clean house and kitchen and bedrooms.

Billy’s townhouse was awesome! Easy to check in & out. He communicated really well and answered any questions in a timely manner. Beds were comfy and we slept great. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. A big plus was an alkaline water machine. When we are back in Phoenix we will definitely look for Billy’s townhouse again. Thank you for helping make our stay a memorable one.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights in May 25' while we were moving our houses in PHX. Jesse's place was perfect for us, and it's close to a big nice park for the 5yo for something to do in the meantime. Also, my wife accidentally locked the family out of the place and I wanted to thank Jesse for being super responsive and nice when I called him and he helped us get back in. For those who are new to PHX/Scottsdale, this place is close to downtown main Scottsdale for doing those activities. Chris & Sabrina

Great , clean and safe location! We would absolutely stay again
