Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Okrug

This villa is absolutely beautiful! With bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms across all 3 floors, we had a great time in our large group of 12 people - we all had our own privacy and the multiple common areas were all amazing spaces. The hosts were so lovely and happy to help with all requests, helping us book taxis, recommending restaurants and meeting us to check in and show us around. We loved this villa and area and I hope we can stay again!

We had a wonderful week here! The space was fantastic and exactly as described. The beds sleep well (bring DEET with you against the mosquitoes), the bathrooms are neat. The kitchen is also in order, with dishwasher and good fridge, otherwise quite basic. Near the apartment you can swim in the sea, the coast is beautiful. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. There is plenty to do in the area, a car is indispensable. Parking at the apartment was a challenge for us because the road is steep.

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

Niksa is really a great host. He described everything very clearly. He is very helpful. The apartment is also pretty good and close to many beaches and restaurants. The location is pretty close to Trogir and Split. We enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for this lovely vacation! The house was perfect! The air conditioning is a dream! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, perfect! We enjoyed the ripe figs from the garden! The beach with crystal clear water is a 2-minute walk away! It was great that the property was completely fenced because we had our dog with us! Communication with Vlasta and her son went very well, she always responded very quickly! I highly recommend it!

Very spacious and clean appartment complete with all amenities one could imagine and a large terrace to relax. The arrival instructions provided by Karla were very clear, easy to find the place. During our stay we received advice on good restaurants as well and Karla was a always available for assistance and responded fast. Short walk to the beach, the area has everything to offer for a relaxing stay and many activities.

Despite a very late check-in by us, we were received in a very friendly manner and felt immediately comfortable. A great place to stay with a great terrace and great hosts. Come to the place, you will feel comfortable and enjoy a great time.

The apartment is beautiful and really close to the beach as well. Ante and his wife is friendly and helpful. The road leading to the apartment is a bit narrow and steep but its worth it.

Visiting Nina's place was a bullseye :) Great place and grace host like it should be ans like it was at the beginning of our journey with Airbnb. Very close to Vela Draga beach (with bar and ice creams 4€), a little be further very small and comfy Mala Draga Beach. In Uvala Mavarčica you can rent a motorboat (70HP for 160€) and visit small islands near by. Nina' place is also close to airport (closer than Split city center). From old port in Okrug Gornij you can take a boat taxi and visit Trogir. Close to apartment there is pizza (nothing special 9-12€, but you can have it in walk distance). At the apartment you can find everything what is needed including washing machine, 2x showers, great balcony with great view 👌, small kitchen, electric grill, sofa to read books, a/c, jacuzzi at ground level. You can take HDMI cable, connect to you laptop and watch anything on TV screen 😎 But what is most important is... Nina, which was very helpful. True host. Respect.

Manda was very helpful and very replied immediately to any questions we had. Her apartment was very clean and well equipped.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is well equipped and the landlords are very friendly and helpful. There are more utensils such as toilet paper and dishwasher tabs available than usual. Eugen drove us generously around the area and to the supermarket. Unfortunately, the bedrooms are very dark (wall in front of the windows) and the house is surrounded by two large cranes and construction sites. The view in the photos is only a small section and the view is partly obscured by the present house. The small pebble beach with beach bar is lovely and shady. It is within walking distance, even if the path is very steep. Overall, recommended by car, as many beautiful beaches are to be discovered in the area and not much in the immediate vicinity.

We loved our stay, Nikolina is very accommodating and kind. The area is a quiet location in okrug Gornji - a small supermarket with necessities and mini bakery just 5 minute walk away, beach is close by. Taxi from Split airport doesn't take long and Nikolina booked this for us. The apartment was very clean and we were happy with all the home comforts. Rooms were clean and spacious, large dining and lounge area. Pool area is lovely; this is shared with the downstairs apartment and there were no issues. Lovely holiday!

We loved the place. A bit of the sea. Which was great. The host was kind and responded to everything right away. He was waiting for us outside when we arrived. The only thing for us was a little minus was the air conditioning. It couldn't get cold in the room where you slept. But otherwise we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. I recommend for us 😊

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Sporty family with 2 teenagers. We really enjoyed the modern home in Vesna, located on the hill. The neighborhood is quiet and the accommodation has beautiful views of the bay and sunsets. 17 min by car from the airport, which is convenient. Walking distance. Thank you very much for the welcome.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. Check-in with key box also worked for late arrivals; if you arrive earlier, the on-site contact person shows you everything. The stand was easily accessible on foot, although the road was quite steep (but it is usually like that there). Otherwise, the apartment was as shown in the pictures, except that the play kitchen was not there and one bedroom was locked (presumably because we were there with 2 adults and 2 children).

Jadrankas appartment was excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and the huge balkcony is outstanding. We were there in offseason and it was so quite absolutley loved it. Jadranka was a very polite and friendly host, the day we arrived she offered us to drive as to the supermarket and on Easter she brought us cake 🫶 Thank you for the hospitality, we enjoyed it very much. And for sure come again. We rented bikes in the yard there was a bike place to lock them.
