Monthly Rentals in Okcheon-dong

20 minutes walk to Gangmun Beach? Sundubu Village is 10 minutes long. There are many restaurants nearby and there are quite a few deliveries. The location is really a scam. They sell sashimi at a small mart right in front of the convenience store, and all the restaurants are within 10 minutes.. It's also a minute away, and the accommodation itself was really nice. It's not an apartment these days, but it was a cozy place to rest really comfortably. I think the price is too reasonable even for consecutive nights. I had a good stay❤️

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!

It was a warm, friendly accommodation! I saw that the host worked hard to pay attention to the accommodation!It was so warm while in the house, and we enjoyed it. I was able to get in touch with the host very quickly. He explained everything before I even asked. We enjoyed our trip! Thank you for always talking kindly and treating us! Next time I come to Gangneung again, I'll visit this accommodation!

It was really nice to be close to Gangneung Station. There is also a TV. There is a parking space (vacant lot) next to the house and the bakery called East is very good nearby. I had a problem with the wrong door, but I was able to get on the phone right away and you fixed it right away. I had a warm and comfortable stay. I intend to use it again next time.
