Omomachi Shopping Street, the center of Okayama, is just a short walk from our place. It is a shopping street with an arcade, so you can walk comfortably on rainy days. There are many unique shops such as old-fashioned Japanese sweets shops, popular local cafes, fashionable sundry stores, thrift stores, and bookstores, and you can enjoy the local atmosphere of Okayama. There are also events and festivals every season, making it a fun place to just walk. This guest house was born in 2019 and is an 8-minute walk from JR Okayama Station. It is a four-story building, with the entrance on the second floor after climbing the exterior stairs, and the interior is connected to the rooftop by an internal staircase. The exterior is Western-style, but there is also a Japanese-style room with a tea room. We'd like to connect people and help introduce the area. We can make various suggestions for trips to the scenic Setouchi islands. We'll help you with deep sightseeing in Setouchi. Also, within walking distance to many museums and one of Japan's three most famous gardens, "Korakuen". Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter is 20 minutes by train, and you can take the Shinkansen for day trips to Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Kobe, and Hiroshima. The house is a beautiful nature. And also we have good neighbors. You will see the real Japanese countryside that is not written in the guidebook. Okayama Station 15 min walk/playable accommodation/free parking/large screen/billiards

The entire second floor of the house is available for one group. The host is on the ground floor, but the stairs are external and the entrance is separate. The sound doesn't resonate. It’s located in a village called Karato Oka. You’ll find the Teshima Museum and rice terraces within a short walking.
