Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

Colombier converted into a duplex studio located inside a seventeenth century property of nearly 2 hectares in the very heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 rooms in duplex of 18m2: on the 1st, living room with a fitted kitchen, table, sofa, TV; on the floor bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to a part of the park on the property with a relaxation area set up for eating and lounging.

Located on the 1st floor with independent entrance, it offers a cozy living room with sofa bed, TV and desk area, an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, hobs), a bedroom with double bed (140x200), another with bunk beds (90x190) and a modern bathroom. Enjoy beautiful volumes and a serene setting for a comfortable stay!

Private studio in the countryside

We offer an independent 18 m2 studio, located in the courtyard of our main house, in the small, very quiet country village of Guillerval. Our studio is located 500 m from the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. CHECK-IN: FROM 4pm TO 8pm.
