The apartment is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view of the countryside, where you can relax from everyday life. Amenities: underfloor heating, complete kitchen including dishes, etc., walk-in shower, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Located in idyllic Friedrichsruhe next to the golf course. With short distances to Öhringen and the Kocher Valley. The surroundings invite you to take small walks, for example to the best preserved piece of the Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes. Friendly two rooms with bathroom/shower, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Suitable for singles, couples, craftsmen (2 separate bedrooms), business travelers. The town of Öhringen with all shops is 5 km away.

Ruhig Lage jedoch mit guter Verkehranbindung in alle Richtungen. In ca. 7 Gehminuten zur Stadbahnhaltestelle. In ca. 5 Fahrminuten zu den Autobahnauffahrten in alle Richtungen. Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

Die idyllische und abgelegene Lage, fernab vom hektischen Treiben der Städte und dem Lärm der Straßen, schafft einen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Hier kannst du abschalten, neue Energie tanken und die atemberaubende Aussicht von der Burg aus genießen. Oder du entspannst dich einfach in der Sonne im malerischen Burghof. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields.
