Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ohrid

Thank you Slavica for a wonderful stay! We had such a great time at that house. The views are incredible and the house is very centrally located. There is a parking behind the house where we left our car. There were 4 of us and we had more than enough space. We will be returning again!

We loved staying at Jetas place and would come back anytime! Apart from the beautiful and clean flat with a wonderful lake view, her family was outstanding welcoming and always helpful, especially to our dog lady. A minimarket is located directly in the same building. The beach is fantastic and reachable in only 1 minute. Even the guys from the campsite „Red Stone“ were always friendly and helpful, also their food and drinks are highly recommended. Altogether a stunning experience!

The place is located in the calm and green area, about 30 minutes from the city center on foot. It's a good place to spend there some time and rest. Marco is a really friendly person and he's always ready to help and answer any questions. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful location, real calm and silent house.

Daniel was a great host. The place was amazing and very calm, great if you want to relax and not be in the crowded places of Ohrid but be surrounded by beautiful nature. The place is secluded yet only 3 minutes walk from the famous boulevard in Ohrid. So everything was close by. We had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place.

The location and view of the house are perfect. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Anastasija was a great host and treated us like family. Would definitely recommend

That was the best holiday I’ve ever had. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen was clean and comfortable. It has everything you might need. The view to the lake was spectacular. Especially on sunset. Huge terrace and even bigger garden. Perfect place to be on quiet and peaceful vacation. And also really romantic spot. It’s in 15 minutes walk from the lake and 5 minutes with a car. We were with our dog and she spent most of the time in the garden. She loved it so much. The harden was fenced which was really important for us because we have a husky that loves to escape 😃. Ilina’s parents and grandparents are the kindest and warmest people you’ll meet. They welcomed us with coffee and we even played cards together. We’ll remember them forever. Aaand we’ll for sure be back soon because it felt like home.

The location on the mountain above the lake is spectacular, the terrace with the breathtaking view is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The hostess's recommendation for the rustic local restaurant in the village was great, we totally enjoyed the delicious Macedonian dishes. We were two with a dog visiting and were very happy that our furry friend was also welcome. Since there are some stairs to climb to the entrance area, organised luggage is recommended😜. We did not use the bedroom in the roof because the pull-out stairs make access to the lower bedroom and bathroom difficult. The cottage is a wonderful starting point to visit Lake Ohrid. Morning coffee and evening wine in the tranquility of the mountain village and the indescribable view from the terrace make the stay something special. The host always answered our questions quickly and helpfully.

It was so cute house. Everything was well designed. In that room we found everything we need and more! Bed was comfy bathroom was big enough. There were rubbish bins in room and bathroom too. Even hanger for our coats etc. long story short everything was out for guests need. Even there was fireplace I wish to come there and make potatoes in winter there. Kitchen was also fully equipped. there were even candles 🕯 and location! No need to talk about it. It couldn’t be closer to old bazaar. Cant believe after a minute we were in the beginning of the bazaar. It was safe as well. Hosts were kind too and helped on local bus and timings. Check in was so smooth too. If we would go there we would still stay in same place. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean — one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so well-maintained and thoughtfully organized. The kitchen was fully equipped, the Wi-Fi was strong, and all the amenities were exactly as described (if not better). Short salk to markets/restaurants/old town. Highly recommended!

We just completed our stay at Darko’s apartments and wish we were still there. Darko met us when we arrived with a friendly smile and immediately made us feel welcome and at home. In fact, we met his wife and parents too and they are all lovely people. Darko told us all about the area and recommended a great restaurant just five minutes walk away serving delicious Macedonian meals at reasonable prices. He also recommended grocery stores and bakeries too, all a short walk away. He recommended the boat trip from the dock in Ohrid to St. Naum which we’re so glad we did. The apartments are wonderful and brand new. You can tell how proud the family is by all the work they’ve done building these apartments and furnishing them so nicely. When we were there off season it was a little chilly but the apartment is quickly warmed by an ac/heating unit. There’s plenty of hot water in the shower and the pressures is great. This was our nicest Airbnb of our trip in the Balkans.

We had a lovely stay in this bright, spacious loft. The location is ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful. Natural light and high ceilings give the space a warm, open feel. The interior is stylish and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the heater and relaxing hot tub—perfect after a day out. A bit more attention to cleanliness and small additions like coffee, sugar, salt, and a few more hygiene essentials would make the stay even more welcoming. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily return. With a few tweaks, this place could easily go from great to outstanding. ✨

I had an amazing stay at this spacious and beautiful apartment, home away from home! This apartment was clean, well equipped with everything needed for summer days. Such a good location, literally 1 min walk to the lake, and 3 min walk to the very center of the city, and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. The apartment was flawless, super-comfortable and pet friendly. Biljana was very welcoming and always responsive. Parking on the street was convenient and check-in smooth. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but its charm and lovely views of the mountains make up for it. Highly recommended!

We booked the same day and Astrid hadn't seen our request. We found it hard to contact her . Arriving on site no worries Astier welcomed us with kindness . They were very lovely with us . We were able to park the car in the yard and get to know a turtle family.

Emilia's house was beautiful, we were welcomed by her brother and sister in law, who were both very nice and helpful. They shared lots of suggestions on things to do and see in the surroundings. Perfect for those who enjoy being in nature, in a quiet place, close to the beach and to a colorful camping.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in Karali Apartments. We were especially pleased with the spacious bedroom and the large shady veranda. It was also nice that there were screens for the windows in the room and the bedrooms, so we could open the windows at night. We also appreciated that there was a kettle. The location is perfect. Very quiet, but within walking distance of the lake (1 km) where there is also a nice and good restaurant nearby (Sopranos) Close to Elshani from where you can walk beautifully. Close to Pesjtani with a cozy dog-friendly restaurant and beautiful view of the lake, and The Bay of Bones and a fifteen-minute drive to Ohrid. Aleksander and his wife are very friendly people who always responded quickly to our questions and minor inconveniences. When we had to go to the vet with our dog and therefore could not leave on time, Aleksander offered us an extra night without having to pay for it. Thank you

The day we done check out we felt sad that we had to go,Petro & Besa were very friendly and very welcoming people. Villa is extremely clean,cozy and you can feel like home. Highly recommended to everyone, Always when we will be in Pogradec we will be staying there.Hope we gonna see each other soon Petro & Besa. 10/10 !!

The house was very clean. The air in the area is great, the only thing missing is that there is no mosquito net in all the windows.

Hello, it was a really star in Meglen' house. The place in front of the lake is so quite. The house is atypical but with a positive atmosphere. You can relax outside under the pergola. It's a lovely place ❤️. Thanks.

The appartement is amazing. We booked for two nights on really short notice (like 3h before arriving). Alexandra responded very quickly and kind and the room was ready when we arrived. The room has a balcony with an amazing view of the lake of Ohrid. Really enjoyed our morning coffee here. Alexandra provided us with some information for restaurants, bar and supermarkets nearby witch we really enjoyed. Its a nice quiet place, just outside of Ohrid. A lot of parking space across the street, but also room to park directly next to the villa (we chose to park across the road, because it was a bit easier). Alexandra is kind and fun person. We really enjoyed staying here. 10/10 would recommend this place!
