What a truly enchanting place! The home was impeccably clean and adorned with charming decorations that added to its warmth. Our absolute favorite moment was savoring our morning coffee in the picturesque backyard, embraced by the stunning trees lining the property. My kids had an amazing time making s'mores by the fire pit and exploring every nook of the backyard. We are already looking forward to returning in the summer!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

Everything in town was within easy walking distance, which made exploring Ogunquit super convenient!! Check in was a breeze! Instructions were clear and detailed. Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

I loved my stay! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday and wedding. The beach is very close, and the downtown area is charming. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back! ☺️

I stayed here with my dog and the place was perfect! Great backyard area, it felt very private and quiet. The space was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would love to stay here again.

The space was perfect for my sister in law and I. We each had our own comfy, beautifully appointed rooms, each with a mini-split (I like to sleep with the ac pretty cold at night and my sister in law doesn’t) so being in my own room, with control over the temperature was HEAVEN! The view of the bay and tugboats was so pleasant in the morning watching the sun rise. The place is decorated with beautiful accents and useful items in the kitchen and bathroom. I loved their toilet paper! The location is super convenient to everything that makes Portsmouth so much fun! I highly recommend this place! Well done!

We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

The loft was just as it was pictured - even better! It was perfect for 2 couples with 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths. The water view from dining room was lovely - we spent hours playing games at the table and just enjoying the view and loft. Jennifer is an excellent host and responds quickly to any questions. This 1 BR stay was perfect from start to finish! Once we realized that we had to pick up keys and parking pass just up the street (no real biggie and quite close), we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, inviting, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The bed was quite comfortable as well. We felt right at home in the apartment, and a walk to town took only a few minutes. I highly recommend not having a vehicle in Ogunquit for downtown dining and entertainment, as there really is no parking, so with this rental’s proximity to everything, you just can’t pass it up! Walk to beach too. When we next visit Ogunquit, we will definitely look to stay again!

If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!!
