Midlum on Föhr is the golden centre of the island. Idyllic with views of the green marsh lies the village of Midlum. With its beautiful fieisen houses and the wide view, the village radiates peace. From Midlum you can explore the island in all directions, by bicycle there are excellent connections, to the beach is about 4 km, to the museum "Art of the West Coast" in Alkersum about 1 km. The village is also the start and finish of Germany's northernmost marathon.

The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. Our house is located in the hamlet of Boldixum. The city centre with numerous shopping facilities, the harbour and the nearest beach are all about 1 km away. There are two popular restaurants just around the corner. But of course you can also cook for yourself, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils....
