Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oeiras

This place really has a great view. You can see some of Sintras amazing castles from the back yard ( if its not foggy, which is common in this area). The location is very peaceful, great running trails ( lots of hills) and a functional grill. If you have a car it’s always parking available on the street. The house had everything we needed and would definitely come back if we would stay in Sintra again.

The cottage was very cosy and homey. Comfortable beds, hot water and a good living space. The sofa is much bigger than it appears in the photo. There's no oven but there is a big fridge freezer, coffee machine, stove top and microwave. We cooked a few simple meals but largely ate out as there were lots of great choices in the area. The beach was within easy reach and we could access central Lisbon very quickly with an Uber. We had a great stay.

We had a great time - check in was very easy and we met Sofia when we arrived. She gave a lot of suggestions what to see and where to go. The apartment is located in a quiet street but very accessible with public transport (we didn’t have a car, but parking seems to be limited). The house is lovely, very cozy, convenient for 4 people. There are two additional single beds on the second floor in the open area to accommodate two more and a sofabed downstairs which we didn’t use. The stairs are very steep, which may be a concern for people with reduced mobility or when hauling larger luggages. We didn’t have any problems and had a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the villa as group of 14 on a hen do, the house was stunning and exceeded expectations! It was a great space for a large group and the garden & view were amazing. Antonio was super helpful and friendly, and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy 😊 10/10 would thoroughly recommend!

The place is even better than the pictures. Super quiet place and extremely friendly neighborhood. It was exactly what we were looking for to spend Easter as a family. The mobility to the center of Lisbon was easy to Uber and we were able to understand how much the hosting was thought of welcoming the guests. All very comfortable, tidy and full of amenities. The apartment is extremely wide. We were in 3 adults and 2 children and we still had lunch with my sister, brother-in-law and niece at Easter. The rooms were impeccable and super-equipped with cabinets, bedding, heating and all the items for nothing missing. We felt at home. Thanks Patricia and Sofia for being so cordial to us and for the space at Amadora! Certainly it is a place that returning to Lisbon would like to stay again.

Great experience. The apartment was very cool and yet very functionally furnished. I immediately felt comfortable - despite the bad weather! In the kitchen it had everything you could ask for - but the big highlight was the comfortable bed and the cozy sofa! Great communication with Carlos - always very friendly and helpful! Would have liked to stay longer! We'd love to come back!

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Apartment well equipped, ready to accommodate the whole family. Just outside of Lisbon so it is easy to travel to any direction.

Extremely kind and responsive host! Quickly and well reacted to us, a good and clean house with a good dining room with refrigerator and stove. and a recreation room, the room had everything you need and even more, a good bed and furniture! It was important for me to have a good and fast Internet, the cleaning of the room is carried out frequently and efficiently! The owner gave recommendations about the area and advised options for long-term housing. I rate this experience as pleasant and useful. I recommend it for couples with children or animals. In front of the house, you can park your car for free and there is a supermarket and a shopping center nearby.

Manuel was extremely accommodating and welcoming, his place was beautifully decorated and really spectacular view of Lisbon. Only regret was that we only stayed one night, if I had known it was going to be such comfortable accommodations I definitely would've stayed longer. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 days as we wanted to visit the stadio nacional it was 15 min walk ,, we just used Uber to get to centre of Lisbon and was only €9 which was gd and effievent And used under eat for some food if needed but ideally priced as if you where in Lisbon price would easily double 👍👍

It was clean and quiet apartment worth staying there

A very nice apartment with lots of room for a family or a group. Large, well-equipped kitchen, large terrace with BBQ, bean bags and dining area and plenty of space to rest and enjoy. Great for kids was also a shelf full of extra toys. The apartment is located directly on a large street, which makes it quite noisy on the terrace, which did not bother us too much. But you were quickly at the beautiful and family-friendly Carcavelos Beach, or by bus at the train station to go to Cascais or Lisbon, for example. Shopping is theoretically close, but almost everything was closed for our visit in August. Restaurants can be found on the beach and a few individuals are also nearby, but of course not comparable to a city-friendly accommodation. Host is very helpful and friendly and helps with questions quickly and easily. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Maria's home was our "HOME BASE" for a 3 week stay in Portugal. We rented a car and visited Porto, Sintra, Lisbon, and several towns in the Algarve. Every time we came back to Maria's place, we felt relaxed and "at home". Lisbon is about 25 minutes from Maria's place, Uber's are inexpensive, and driving in Lisbon is not easy (nor is parking)...so we chose Uber for those days. Driving around Oreais is pretty easy (once you learn the "rules of the roundabouts"...lol! Everything you need is within walking distance to Maria's (restaurants, GREAT patisserie, Super Mercado, etc.). Maria has also stocked her home with many essentials. The views from the multiple terraces are incredible! ...just like the photos! If we visit Portugal again, we will definately book with Maria!

Christophe’s place is well located in a residential neighborhood close to a cafe and some services. The apartment is airy and bright and well equipped. The block is very quiet. We stayed with our three children and enjoyed it - Christopher is a responsive and very accommodating host.

This is a wonderful and super cozy place. The house has an incredible interior and many beautiful art objects. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay for a large company. Special thanks to the host. He is super friendly and very quick to respond and help with everything!

Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions, yet very private hideaway with pool and marvelous landscaping.

Perfect house for a family and friends. Very close to central Lisbon and the beach. Tristan and the housekeeper always responded promptly to my questions. Strongly recommend staying at this house when visiting Lisbon with your family or friends.

We were nine in Lisbon with the grandparents and children and felt at home from the beginning. Very suitable for large groups three bathrooms and sufficient bedrooms with good beds. The kitchen invites you to cook and the dining room table is huge. Anytime again. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Teresa and Rui’s beautiful home! The house exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the photos and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the location; it’s nestled in a peaceful, private area, yet just a short drive or Uber ride away from great local restaurants and attractions. Teresa and Rui were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We loved staying here. It’s so spacious and clean. The host had great communication with us and was very proactive. We had 2 babies on this trip and the host was super kind and helpful. It’s at a great location - close to restaurants, cafe’s and not far from a surfing beach we went to daily. Recommend to stay 10/10.

Maria and her husband were lovely hosts and for our family of 9 it was a great place to stay and spend time together. We especially enjoyed the area around the pool and the kids went in when the weather would allow it. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was also ideally located for everyone to go off on their own sometimes. Some went to the China market across the street, some went grocery shopping, some to the playground and some to McDonalds which is all close by. The local market with fresh fish, vegetables and bread is also just down the street, in walking distance, and full of local life. In general the possibilities for grocery shopping in the neighborhood are good. Thank you so much to Maria and her husband for having us!
