An extraordinary stay with thoughtful details that make all the difference! Adriana’s apartment exceeded all our expectations. Not only does it look exactly like the photos—spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean—but the hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The location is excellent, with easy parking that is either free or very affordable. But what truly sets this Airbnb apart is the incredible attention to detail. Adriana and her team provided so many thoughtful extras—cereal for the kids, a bottle of wine, plenty of milk, water, coffee, and even pantry essentials like pasta, perfect in case you arrive late and can’t go shopping. This level of hospitality is rare on Airbnb and truly makes a difference. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We would return without hesitation! P.S. They even left a little treat to our pet!

We had not been to Estoril previously and did really enjoy the more local vibe in this area. Also a great beach for surf and a good walk to Carcavelos. The apartment was so nice and very clean, we were 3 friends staying and it felt right at home. We all slept very well and although both beach and train are near (good communications) it was super quiet at night and a calm cozy neighbourhood. Moritz and Francesca were more than helpful and responsive and also had good local recommendations. All of us could imagine staying here again - highly recommend! ✨

The place is very cute and the beach and how open and undeveloped the beach was is unlike anywhere else. We did three days of surf lessons from Caeser who is literally 100ft from the house down the beach and there is surfing right out your front door with board and wetsuit rentals.. The town itself is a little bleak and there wasn't much to do and we found if the weather was bad restaurants close very early (like 6pm) so just make sure to find out times if you are planning on eating out for dinner. Our family of four was in love (2 boys ages 7 and 10) but my in laws came too who are in their early 80s. I clearly wasn't thinking bc the walk to the house is through the sand and hard to navigate, my mother in law also couldn't get over the sand dune to go to the beach, and the stairs in the house are more like a ladder. so it's wonderful for able bodies but if you have someone with special needs it may not be suitable. but otherwise if you love surfing, beautiful sunsets book it!

very pleasant stay: Nuno is a fantastic host to whom I wish lots of good things the apartment is perfect for a tourist stay for 3 adults , its location is great with different beaches nearby and the prices are very low nearby. Great for a relaxing stay

Loved everything about this air BnB. Celso had thought of absolutely everything, probably the most well equipped air BnB we’ve ever stayed in. To wake up in the dunes and watch sunset from them was such a treat - hope to return again soon! Recommend avoiding heavy luggage and packing smaller overnight bags to make it easy getting from the car park to the air BnB. Would also recommend princesa beach club for lunch nearby, had a great day here.

This apartment was very comfortable, and easy to use. The building is full of other rentals, so it has a smooth entry and usually someone in the lobby to provide information. When we arrived, the dryer did not work, but Sinan fairly quickly got someone over to fix it. For me, the location was a bit more in the tourist zone than I like, so there were usually lots of people around. But it was in the middle of many attractions, and there was always an Uber nearby. The Time Out market is walkable and the Familjen restaurant a bit further away is Highly recommend. We never felt unsafe. I would have liked some insider sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, and transit tips in the apartment manual, like most other Airbnb's. But with the internet, maybe that's no longer necessary. There was a nice bottle of wine on the table when we arrived, and we enjoyed drinking it on the balcony in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The accommodation was very clean, functionally furnished, and offered all the standard amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, with a stunning view of the sea – truly a highlight. For surfers, a must 🤙 Our host Gonçalo was extremely courteous and always helpful, offering advice and assistance whenever needed. I can highly recommend this place without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, - close to everything yet peaceful. Our host was incredibly attentive, providing clear and detailed instructions on the operation of everything from the shower to the microwave. It all went to make our checkin and stay seamless. Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

we chose this superb house to spend a stay, my wife and I with a friend, her son and daughter-in-law. Ideally located, the photos of the listing speak for themselves. The living room is very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, nothing missing. The bbq is very good quality. The pool is nice and the ocean view and sunset are simply breathtaking. You are greeted by the hosts who give you the owner's tour and finally tell you that you are at home before leaving you. Lurdes and Luis are charming. They come every three days at the end of the day to water the vegetation, take the rubbish and maintain the pool. This is done very quickly and it is possible to exchange a lot of information with them. They speak French very well. The beaches within a ten-minute drive are beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

Jorge is an outstanding host. Although we arrived late in the evening and had to self check-in, we encountered some difficulty locating the right apartment. However, after a quick phone call, Jorge guided us directly to it with ease. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. While we had read in other reviews that some of the interior feels a bit dated, it wasn’t an issue for us. The highlight is its prime location—just a short walk from a stunning beach and train station. Conveniently located in between Cascais and Lisbon which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

Everything was spot on, the apartment is new and complete. Nearby restaurants, markets and mini markets. It is close to the train, close to beach and easy to access for ubers. Near Lisbon, Estoria and Cascais. The apartment has acoustic isolation so don't worry about noise. I stayed there for 10 days and everything was really nice. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area, but very quick walk to the amazing beach and lots of delicious restaurants. Honestly was the perfect place for our little girls holiday. The host was amazing too, very responsive and incredibly kind, giving us recommendations and helping when he could. I couldn’t recommend this place more, would definitely come back!

We loved our stay. Gisela was very quick to answer any questions and the location was ideal. Loved sitting out in the balcony in the morning and evening. Very close to the train station, walkable to the beach and many restaurants. We would stay there again.

Perfect stay, 2 minutes from the beach. I’ll be back if I need a place in Oeiras again. Parking was a massive bonus, despite driving a large SUV. Big thanks to José (my host) who was always there if I needed him.

Nice apartment. I used it for a traning camp in the sportspark nearby. within walking distance and 2 mini markets around the corner for a quick refill of the fridge.

It’s a great place , beautiful view and good location

Maria was at the apartment to meet me and show me around the flat. Communication with Maria was mostly by txt as Maria was not confident speaking English. We used the translation app to ensure we were on the same page to avoid confusion which worked perfectly. Maria responded immediately to any queries. The flat was perfect with every convenience. A delicious lemon cake was left which was a lovely touch and devoured. The veranda although narrow had a view of the Tagus River and Belem. Trafaria has a number of supermarkets, a coffee shop, bakery and restaurants varying in price. My favourite is the Piri Piri restaurant. There is a bus station which goes to a number of towns ie Costa de Caprica as well as a Ferry which will take you across the river to Belem where you have access to trains, buses, trams to Tourist spots. I love this area and look forward to a return trip and booking Maria’s apartment again. I have no hesitation in Recommending.
