This 3rd floor compact apartment is in an unique position as not only is it 2 minutes from the beach and marina in Oeiras but is 10 mins from the railway station which takes you to Lisbon in 20 mins and in the other direction along the coast to Estoril and Cascais. There is a lift to the apartment which comprises sitting/dining room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a veranda off the sitting/dining room. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has a fridge, 2 electric plates and microwave. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and TV in the sitting room. The sitting room has a sofa . In the vicinity there are shops, supermarket, restaurants.
