Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

Приезжали в Одессу на юбилей друга. Для большой компании в 8 человек выбрали этот дом и не прогадали. Уютный двор с беседкой и мангалом полностью засажен розами. В доме очень чисто и приятно пахнет) Несколько санузлов добавляют комфорта. Есть все необходимое. Удобная распоряжение в пешей доступности к морю. Рекомендую!

Неймовірне місце для відпочинку! Апартаменти виконані в стильному грецькому стилі — кожна деталь продумана з любов’ю. З вікон відкривається захопливий вид на море, і нам пощастило зустріти світанок просто з тераси — незабутній момент. Я жив весною у цій квартирі місяць і залишився в повному захваті. Простора, світла, тепла та дуже затишна, вона одразу ж стала для мене справжнім домом. Зручне розташування, всі необхідні магазини та кафе знаходяться в кроковій доступності. Господар Анжела, дбайливо та з любов'ю підготували житло, і я почувався тут як у затишному гніздечку. Рекомендую всім, хто шукає комфортне та приємне місце для проживання!

This is the first time I have used Airbnb as a rental for several months and it was absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Irina. She made sure we have everything we need! Spacious yet cozy apartment a short walk from the city center, our cats loved it too. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Odesa!

I lived in this apartment for two months and can highly recommend it. I arrived a few days after a Russian bomb destroyed a restaurant about 100 meters away and was immediately shown a bomb shelter nearby by co-host Sasha, the owner's son who is staying abroad. It is a very spacious apartment with beautiful high ceilings. The apartment is very suitable for a longer stay with a kitchen that lacks nothing, although the dishwasher is a bit small. The master bedroom has a cozy balcony with furniture, lots of greenery and a view of the harbor and the Black Sea in the distance. It is a particularly quiet apartment on the second floor in the beautiful historic Old Town of Odessa. The cozy center with its many restaurants and terraces is only a 5-minute walk away. Sasha is an excellent and helpful host who respects privacy and communicates quickly and in good English. He lives directly below the apartment on the ground floor and is therefore close by if problems need to be solved.

I did not stay. I booked solely as a means of quickly transferring money to Ukraine. Natali's husband Alexey, is a DOCTOR in a children's HOSPITAL. They are now accepting and helping BOMB and WAR victims. This is a messages I received from them: 3rd March "I am a children's doctor. I live in the Bay I work in BELGORAD-DESTROVSKY. Your help was very important yesterday. Let people talk about us and know the world. War is scary." 10th March "Refugees from Kharkiv, Nikolaev and Mariupol evacuate through us. And we're here to support them. We will not let any invaders here. We don't have time to worry, we work and fight." 17th March "We are fine with the country and people fighting for freedom and independence. We have been shot by Russian ships from the sea for a couple of days. We know we're going to win, thank you for your support." Please help them too. I urge you to make a booking with Natali, or if you can make a direct bank transfer. Every penny will go towards helping others in the hospital and those in a desperate situation. Отдыхали большой компанией, всё было отлично, много места, ухожено и аккуратно. Сауна и летний бассейн чистые. С хозяином Юрием было приятно общаться. Рекомендую.
