One of the best apartments I've visited so far and the best of those I rented in Odessa. Photos are 100% correct. Very bright and clean apartments with kitchen equipped with lots of various utensils and accessories for convenient cooking. My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay.

This is a bright, compact, but comfortable, well-equipped new studio apartment in a new building with underground parking. Amazing sea view from the 20th floor and quiet. The apartment is made in the same style, similar to a dollhouse, everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking is there and everything in new condition. Underground parking related to the building was provided with us for a fee, it is better to agree in advance. All hallways, elevators and parking have cameras and access to the parking lot through the barrier and security guards. Everything is well guarded. The manager of the apartment Irina quickly responded to all messages and helped with all questions, very nice. 🥰We visited Odessa several times and this time the option of staying was the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely recommend this apartment.👍👍👍

Great place with sea view

The host was friendly and was in touch by phone. He let check out later. The house keeper showed everything, was on call and quickly delivered all the things we asked for. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable. The electricity was all the time, the wifi and air conditioning were working. There is a large nice terrace with armchairs, tables and a view of the sea where you can work or eat. The place is peaceful. Beautiful Southern Black Sea beaches are close by. You can catch cheap bolt taxis (they're more likely to go north towards the center. It can be that when going south you will have to wait). You can also get around by cheap public transport (we didn't use it, so I won't say it). There are interesting military facilities in the park nearby. Best regards, I recommend.
