I have converted my downstairs bonus room into a comfortable private living space. Guests have their own entry door from the outside. I live on a deep water canal with boat dock, and am 1/2 mile from the local boat ramp. You may use the dock space and there is plenty of room to park your trailer or boat and trailer. Storage space for hunting and fishing equipment too! Guests have their own private bath, and kitchen AREA with coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. No kitchen sink or range.

To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight.
