Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Die geräumige Erdgeschoss-Wohnung 60 qm groß bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer sowie Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr, Kühl- Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher, Herdplatte, Ofen und Geschirrspüler. Auf der Terrasse haben sie die Möglichkeit zu Essen und dabei den Blick ins Grüne zu genießen. Von der Unterkunft aus, erreichen sie z. B. den Brückenbaron fußläufig und die Stadt Würzburg innerhalb von 30 Minuten.
