Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with crockery, oven and refrigerator, table with benches and living room with ocean views. In the garden surrounded by trees is the grill. The water is well, the electric light, and the carafe gas. It can be accessed by car because it is on the last walkable street with a spa vehicle. Then walking about 200 meters down the dunes you reach the sea.
