Apartment in very good condition, similar to the photos and with a large terrace with a direct ocean view. Easy access, located in a condominium that has everything for guests: swimming pool, laundry, gym, concierge, etc. Very good location, beachfront and with sunshade and beach chair service. The host is very friendly and serious.

I fell short with spending a night, exelente spot and room. A very friendly and attentive reception that everything is helpful. Special place to enjoy and relax.

This was one of the most incredible places I've stayed at, it's a beautiful cabin right next to the ocean. It had everything we needed and with how remotely it was located, we could start gaze in the darkness. The amenities were really great too. Great bathroom and kitchen with enough space to feel comfortable

Perfect location, half a block from the beach and two from the main one. Really beautiful view. The place is even bigger than what you see in photos, comfortable, clean, and complete. The hostess is very kind and willing to help. From the best there is to stay in La Pedrera.

Monoambiente of good construction without humidity or annoying odors, quiet place for the location it has, it is on a busy street approximately 300 meters from the beach and you can hear the sea. It has a hammock and the armchairs at the entrance are super comfortable. The hosts are very attentive, with the solution always at hand, the towels and sheets were clean and the utensils in good condition, they have everything to have a good time, and whatever it takes, they get it or tell you where it is. Overall it is an excellent accommodation with an excellent cost/location/benefit ratio.

The house is very comfortable, in a very good location, with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Close to the beach and with a view of it from the dex. A recommended place and to which I would gladly return.

The house had everything you need and working. The owner was always pending and the girl who looked after us (Yazmina) was a genius.

Patrick has created a little peace of heaven in this sanctuary of calmness and relaxation. The house is cozy and clean , the rooms are big and spacious. The attention to detail and care that Patrick gives to his guests is superb. I highly recommend you come here with your family and enjoy everything that La Paloma has to offer . Unfortunately I can only give this place 5 starts but it deserves all the stars I saw in the night sky this past few days floating on the temperature controlled pool . Till next year !!! The stay was very good , we missed not having a refrigerator but good it was something we hadn't taken into account . but nothing I tell it as anecdote, because we still solve it by buying ice and we use a conservative .

Great stay as shown in the pictures! Everything's very clean and tidy! Luis provided excellent care!. The point is beautiful close to everything, beaches and shopping venues! Super quiet the ideal place to rest.

The house is very comfortable, we went with our 5-year-old daughter and I would have stayed longer if I knew it was so practical. I felt comfortable at all times. Next to the sea, close to everything and it has everything you need, you practically don't need to bring anything, they have kitchen things, beach things and games. Thanks Pedro!

Great stay at the Lake House! Extremely helpful and kind host. The house lies with its back to the sea and front pada lagoon, a great location close to the center, market, gas station, and not far to go to punta and other beaches. There was nothing missing, every impeccable structure. I recommend it!

everything was very good. I just think I would improve her a little maintenance in general (sommier pata rota, playa rota chair, a little mold in the bathroom, machas on the wall, etc.)

Hilario was extremely friendly from the first communication, the house is as shown in the photos or better, unbeatable location and security, everything was clean and tidy. A house that allowed us to enjoy our holidays and receive visits, the garden to highlight very well cared for and ideal to spend time outdoors, the grill and table in the gallery we use it daily listening to the sound of the sea. A beautiful experience in Paloma, Maria is very attentive and responds immediately, the apartment is very nice and has everything as shown in the notice, the best of the property is that it has its own descent to a very nice and family beach. I'm sure we'll be back!!!
