Townhouse holiday rentals in Ocean Beach, San Diego

This home was perfect for our big family! We were attending a wedding on Mission Beach and the location was amazing. Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and (Vons I think?) were within a few min walk from the house. The two provided parking spots made for easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the home impeccably clean, and from the room I slept in on the top floor I didn’t hear a sound from the teenagers staying up late downstairs. It is across the street from a middle school, so be aware there will be school sounds, but only during the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely choose this home again.

Loved the home, interior design is beautiful, hot tub is the cherry on top. Bathroom is amazing love the mirror for the girlys that need to do their makeup. Enough towels for our stay and the bed in the master was top tier thank you Donna for allowing us to stay in your home

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was very responsive and made sure we had a great time for our stay. The home was beautiful and there was more than enough accommodations included around the home including beach activities, towels, and kitchen supplies. If I’m ever staying in the area again Stephanie’s place will be my first option.

Great spot in the heart of pacific beach. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway and plenty to do within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot.

Place was great! My kids loved their hidden room. Kitchen was nice to be able to store and cook while we were on vacation. We didn’t get to utilize the outdoor space since we were on the go all the days in San Diego. But all attractions were very close by. Only downfall was when there were guests upstairs, it was unpleasantly noisy as you can hear the stomping and running around. But, none the less, the stay was great.

Overall such a great place to stay! Justin was so welcoming and kind to our group! Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Location is great! Walking distance to lots of restaurants or a short drive to the beach. Having a garage and a carport spot was very nice, although you need no bigger than a small SUV to use them easily. The place isn't quiet - one bedroom has a loud hum of the hot tub above it, the other comes out to the carports and you can hear people parking and talking. Water pressure in the main bath was not good. Also, bring your own shampoo and soap because theirs smells way too strongly and it's not a good smell. However, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, kitchen stocked, extra towels provided and hot tub was great at the end of the day. A good stay overall. Also, thank you Gemma for being so quick to respond to all of our questions!

The Mermaid Lounge was a perfect stay in Mission Beach. Location is extremely walkable and having a dedicated parking spot is so convenient. Harvey supplies beach chairs and towels which made for easy beach days! We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful part of San Diego. Annie is a great host, very friendly and the house is amazing. Highly recommend!

Nina's place was great. It was very well furnished with some great extras. My son has a 5 month old so the pack n Play was very helpful. She also has a roll away cot and a blow up queen mattress so there are plenty of beds for non-spouse partners of friends. The kitchen is very well furnished. The condo itself is pretty new and it is nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood with canyon hiking across the street and Balboa Park within a mile. South Park is walking distance as well. Nina was very responsive in communicating. The only negative is the condo is under the final approach course for San Diego Airport. Airplanes do frequently fly over the condo during the day. At night the airport has quiet hours. I would stay here again.

Nice new condo, beautifully appointed, efficient and very well stocked with every kitchen and bath item you could need. Comfortable bedding and large rooms. Ceiling fans and one free standing fan really help to keep the condo cool. The courtyard and barbecue were a plus as well as outside seating and garage items listed. A short walk to Fanuel Park and Mission bay/beach. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The house had everything you need. We had our 18 month old daughter with us and the rental has a pack n play that we used for her to sleep in. Everything worked fine and she slept good. The biggest sticking point was very strict check out time. We were loading the car and did check out 30 mins late (Everything takes longer with an 18 month old). Received multiple messages from the owner about leaving and checking out while we were loading the car.

We had a great time staying here! We hit a couple bumps trying to check-in early, but other than that it was a very fun and relaxing time! The 2-car garage was just big enough to fit our 2 small SUVs so we didn’t have to worry about parking which was a huge plus. The house was very clean and there was lots of space! There were plenty of extra blankets, linens, a couple air mattresses and towels. There was a high chair and pack n play for the baby. The private patio was our favorite part! We spent so much time out there enjoying the view of the beach! There was no dishwasher detergent and as soon as we reached out they had some door dashed to us which was super nice. We had everything we needed from beach chairs, coolers, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cups, etc. The house is well equipped with everything you need. It is minutes from Belmont Park and lots of restaurants. The location is perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and home size for a family trip! We didn't need much but Marisa's place was perfect. Nice open floor plans and clean. Centrally located to many SD attractions. Walkable coffee shop just 3 min away and grocery store down the street too.

Great communication & the house was as described. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and our family enjoyed all the beach supplies in the garage.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious. Had a few nice touches like extra fans and bedding. Very centrally-located to everything we wanted to do, and a short walk from coffee shops and restaurants. It's a townhouse so you do share walls with neighbors who you can occasionally hear. But overall we loved staying here!

This townhome in north park is great! My husband and I were moving from out of state and came to look at apartments in the area. This townhome was such a perfect location for walking around north park, university heights, and hillcrest. The space was very clean and comfortable and it was a great place to relax after long days of looking at apartments

Adorable space, decorated nicely, great neighborhood, and responsive, great hosts. No real complaints, but I will say we read reviews before staying and did experience hearing the neighbors on the front side of the house very early during weekday mornings, probably getting ready for work. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. Otherwise, it’s a nice rental!

Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!

Mission Beach was a great destination for a long weekend, and the home was perfect. The owners were very responsive, offering lots of good local recommendations and communicating with us during our stay to ensure we had a great weekend.

A few friends and I stayed at the place for two nights. The Airbnb was wonderful, had everything we needed and even had a very nice backyard where we spent most of our time hanging out. Very walkable location, with even a coffee shop next door, great restaurants, breweries, and shops nearby. About a 10 min walk from downtown OB. Would highly recommend!

Brittany’s home is exactly as described and was perfect for our stay in San Diego. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. The interior was beautifully decorated and the shower was soooo luxurious! Brittany was extremely helpful and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again
