Monthly Rentals in Occoquan Historic District

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!

Mrs. Usa's Leaf & Moss Airbnb was a very fun place to be. It was perfect meeting spot for my friends from the DC area on account of the town's niche stores and restaurants by the river. Mrs. Usa herself was definitely fun, too and very hospitable and generous. I felt welcome and happy to be here in Occoquan.

There are so many wonderful things about this place, but ill try to be brief. The house itself is gorgeous and felt like home. It was nestled on a hill and felt very secluded and peaceful, despite being in the middle of so much to do. The walkability was incredible! Every day I walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and shopping. I brought my dog and its a very dog friendly area!! Lots of hiking around, as well. The town of occoquan is filled with shops and historic attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive, too! I can't say enough good things about this stay - highly recommend!
