There were six of us with a dog in March/April and it was beautiful. The property is well fenced for a big dog and you have a lot of space both indoors and outdoors. The view is unbeatable. Communication with Thibault went smoothly. We would definitely recommend and come back again!

The house matched the description. Jean-Baptiste responded very quickly to our questions. The setting and location are fantastic. The swimming pool with the vineyards surrounding the house are an absolute added value.

We had a very good time in the holiday home. We enjoyed the peace and quietness of the location. Had a really good time in the pool with our two younger kids. The home is just as the pictures show, with well equipped kitchen. The hosts were very welcoming and had some good tips for sightseeing.

Prehistoric, medieval, renaissance & 21st century come together in this amazing Dordogne property. When we first arrived, we enjoyed cooler weather & the walk up to the chateau. As summer temperatures outside climbed, we enjoyed our stroll down to the sparkling pool, where we took in views of the river, chateaux, the hanging gardens, the town below & hot air balloons drifting right over our rooftop. Complimentary walnuts, Monster Munch for the kids, & absolutely pristine, comfortable rooms set this place apart. We never got tired of looking out the windows/the balcony/the terrace/the pool. When we booked this home, I didn't realize that almost EVERY photo was of the property or had been taken from the property. (I thought that many of the images were just to showcase touristic opportunities, BUT THIS US WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE at Mont Joie!) This is truly a special place. The housekeeper Martine & her team were magnificent & big-hearted. Thank you, Vincent, for the best guide ever :)

We loved our stay so much and look forward to returning. The house and extensive grounds are quite beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect in every way. Diana and her husband were perfect hosts and made us feel so welcome.

Thierry is a very friendly host, very responsive to the slightest problem, the accommodation was perfect for our stay (40 years of a friend) with a very good sound system and play of light, everything you need as practical equipment (dishes, cooking utensils, tables and chairs, sofas) but also as entertainment (screen for overhead projector, heated pool, foosball, ping pong, balons, badminton, pétanque, etc.). The beds are comfortable and the house very well arranged We'll be back with pleasure at a future big opportunity

Perfection doesn’t come easy, and I rarely overpraise — but I can say with absolute delight that this place exceeded every expectation... We were a group of 17 celebrating my 50th birthday, with 8 children aged 9–13 and 9 adults. The house accommodated us all with ease and comfort...The Room layout is a bit funny in places but worked fine for us.. We barely left the house, apart from the occasional shopping trip or vineyard visit. We cooked large meals daily using both the indoor and outdoor kitchens, both brilliantly equipped and practical. There were endless seating areas to gather, relax, eat, drink, and laugh while soaking in the stunning views and sunsets ... Highlights, Impressive facilities, ice machine and bar, heated saltwater pool, countless games for the kids (and adults!), tennis tournaments, hide-and-seek, ice baths beside the Jacuzzi, and evenings around the firepit toasting marshmallows 🔥 like luxury camping, with the soundtrack of nature all around. #whatatreat

A very pleasant stay where we were really well received by Benoit! He was available/flexible whenever we needed him! Everything was available for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend this house which is quiet, clean, spacious, pleasant and has a multitude of accessories. The bedroom area with private shower and quality bedding offers real moments of rest... And what could be better than an air-conditioned house! Thank you Benoit in everything and for everything, you can rent this house with your eyes closed

We had an unforgettable stay in this little paradise in the middle of nature to celebrate my 30th birthday with a dozen friends. The rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom. The living spaces are carefully and modernly equipped. And the pool is just amazing, overlooking the fields. I will not hesitate to come back for my next birthdays 😊

Eric's villa is just amazing! We were together with friends to share our beautiful region with some of us and the stay at Eric's did not disappoint. Amazing views of the Pyrenees, swimming pool, jaccuzi, cinema, billiards (...), you have everything you need. Yes, there are rules, nothing insurmountable: Quiet between 10pm and 9am, no swimming pool or jaccuzi in these times, no screaming, no outdoor music at all hours, but you are well informed on the listing, by video and in the welcome booklet. These rules were not a constraint, you have plenty to spend time with friends given the services offered by this exceptional villa. Thank you Eric for the welcome, the flawless availability and even the responsiveness, it's rare. it was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful place. and our friends loved it! See you soon.

Cédric is great - stuck around to help us resolve a few unpredictable issues on arrival, and offered great support throughout the stay. Awesome location and views. Very easy to walk into the city, and lots of outdoor space to relax in. 100% recommend. Do not visit Chateux de Gaure winery though - it was a disaster. Should’ve stuck with Cédric’s recommendation!

A surprising and extraordinary house on the rooftops with a swimming pool... The children enjoyed the pool and the parents the comfort and independence of each. Very close to the Palais des Papes and activities, restaurants and bars, the house is however very quiet!

We spent two nights in this house with a group of friends, and everything went very well. We were warmly welcomed by Cyril's dad, who provided us with all the necessary information for our stay. The house was clean, well equipped, and as advertised. The environment is pleasant and quiet, ideal for meeting up with friends. Thank you again for hosting us!

It was a very quiet 1 week stay. We have been going out for 1 week and entering and the house and Fredy have lived up to it. Very intimate environment. The host lives wall with a wall but we still haven't seen them except at the exit and entry of the house very occasionally. They were very attentive and gave us all the possible facilities, I recommend Fredy and his beautiful house with a pool . Noa has also been very kind as a translator.

We had a great time. Sophie is a great host, very welcoming and helpful in sorting out one or two things for us. Her restaurant recommendation (Maison Hermine) was exceptional. Providing a cot and high chair was helpful. The house was better than described and well equipped with ample dishes, glasses and cutlery. It was great to have a choice of outdoor spaces to sit. The single beds were a little small for adults. We had hoped the pool would be a little warmer - perhaps in mid September the sun isn't strong enough. But some of us enjoyed it. Serignan is a lovely small town, we loved walking to the bakery for breakfast and the local wine cooperative is very convenient for the property. We had a great week and would go again.
