The home met all expectations. We felt right at home and would book the apartment again at any time. The location is also excellent. You can walk to the train station or city center within 10 minutes walk. Nevertheless, the area is very quiet, especially at night.

The accommodation is located directly from the train station to the city center. Everything was very clean and tidy. It has everything you need for cooking. Perfect for a few relaxing days.

The accommodation corresponds to the description. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. There is also a functional washing machine. The only disadvantage is the only window directly to the main road, which is at ground level, so you can't ventilate for long because you're afraid someone will break into the apartment. Otherwise, everything is clean and very nice. The last thing is completely blunt knives, so if you are going for a longer period of time and want to cook, I recommend taking your own knife.

We loved the apartment, we spent almost two weeks in it and it was like being at home. It has everything you need, it is clean and well cared for and just a few minutes walk from the centre of Karlovy Vary. It's a very quiet neighborhood without noise.

We had a great stay with Stefanie and her husband. The two were extremely friendly and gave us great tips for activities and restaurants. We particularly liked the quiet location directly on the Zschopau bike path. We were also able to return by train after the tour.

Is very well suited for 1-2 people. I think extra bed for a kid is possible, but then it gets tight in the kitchen. I like to go hiking. That's why it was important to me that I could walk from the train station to the property through a beautiful landscape. For non-hikers, the accommodation is easily accessible with your own vehicle, also bicycle. Would love to come back.

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have already been there a second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There's nothing missing here. The children enjoyed playing with the toys and cuddly toys. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything is great, 100% recommendation.

We enjoyed out stay at Anna's place in Karlsbad. The apartment was very clean and Anna was friendly and responded quickly. The place is very close to the city center.

This apartment was a great find. Possibly due to translation issues, we did not undertand quite how much we were getting. In particular there are (in effect) three separate bedrooms, all with twin beds. One room doubles as the huge living room, with TV, even with Netflix!, but there were other sitting-places, including in the kitchen, so each can have his own private space, and only about 11 mins drive to the ski resort of Klinovec. The apartment is in an unusal building, with other apartments, but also a very large ground floor common room with lots of tables and chairs and places to leave your wet ski equipment. Was it a hostel in the past? The apartment was quite basic, with nets but no curtains to stop the morning light, and no bedside lights, so you had to walk through the room in the dark to get to your bed, and no hook for the shower-head. But a bargain certainly. I would hope that the minor issues are easliy fixed but I would stay here again anyway, as it was ideal for us.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal place for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is well equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also loved that Netflix was available on both Smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema was a spa town and a tourist tax was charged. However, this was not high and of course has to be paid by every apartment owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

We stayed with a toddler for 1 night in the accommodation. Everything worked out great. Great apartment with stylish furnishings. Should we be in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, modern! Nice kitchen and great bathroom. We'd love to come back.

We stayed in Lucas' apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very nice, it looks exactly the same as in the photos. It's on the third floor. Everything is clean, tidy and cozy. The internet works perfectly. Parking spaces could always be found. Not far from the center, but for the elderly or for people with young children it will be difficult to go back because the road goes uphill. Near the house there is a good supermarket and an Italian restaurant. But I have to talk about a few drawbacks we came across: water in the bathroom sink was always clogged. It was fresh in the apartment and unfortunately we could not turn on the heating. Unfortunately, we were also unable to turn on the battery in the bathroom to dry the towels. The mattress on the double bed is very soft and probably a little older. Otherwise, everything was good.

The apartment (we were in the garden loft) is very nice, artfully designed and extremely spacious. It has a large terrace and a great garden with chickens and running ducks. We had a lot of fun watching the chickens and Oskar, the rooster, and found fresh eggs every morning. There is a barbecue area in the garden and a small pool for refreshment. We felt very comfortable and free here.

We had a pleasant stay in this great apartment. It is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Communication with Hana and at the reception was easy. So all good!

So we felt right at home. Was as in the pictures, everything you need was there. Klara responded quickly. Everything was there for the dog, which was great. We will be happy to come back and will also be happy to recommend it. Thank you very much

Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.
