Our "little house" is located right on the edge of the forest behind our house, as part of an old mill farm! We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbour, and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. It is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful natural surroundings, you have come to the right place! Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

🏡 In our wooden barrel you will spend cozy hours overlooking chickens, cattle and the castle! "Cozy, cozy, totally great, it smells good of wood, like in a boat cabin," how our guests describe the extraordinary experience in the barrel. It is designed for a maximum of 4 people: in the back there are two flat sleeping places (180x200cm and 240x200cm). 🛀 Bathroom with shower in the annex. Bed linen and towels included. Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
