We felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. It was perfect for our hiking holiday. You can do a lot in the area and are quickly at many starting points for different hikes. We will be happy to come back.

What a lovely place to stay! Anna was lovely and extremely friendly and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would also love to stay again!

Our stay at Alpengasthof Hirschbichl could not have been more perfect. The apartment was big, super clean and had everything we needed. Margit, Gerhard and everyone else at Hirschbichl were kind and went out of their way to provide us with a good stay. Margit and Gerhard even provided us with a little ‘Holzwiege’ (a wooden cot) for our baby in which Margit herself had slept when she was little! The restaurant offered a nice dinner the first night and breakfast the following morning was perfect too. Location wise, this place is great. It is steps away from the German border and Nationalpark Berchtesgaden and there is a world of opportunities in the way of hiking and biking. I can not recommend this place enough and would love to return one day.

The apartment is located in a beautiful historic old building, which was built in a classic Bavarian style. We made good use of the large terrace as a seating area to enjoy the beautiful weather outside. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable, bright, and easy to ventilate. The powerful shower with hot water after mountain biking was really fantastic. Nice overnight stay. Thank you thank you
