Apartment in a quiet location with beautiful terrace

My accommodation is close to Lake Constance (about 9 kilometers) and close to the Friedrichshafen trade fair grounds (about 7.5 kilometers). In addition, the Ravensburg children's playground is only about 10 kilometers away. My place is 55 square meters + a 12 square meter very nice terrace. The apartment is located half on the first floor. The living area is higher up, so the apartment is beautifully bright and residential. It offers a total of 4 beds, 2 of them as a pull-out couch in the living area.

Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Holidays in the circus wagon are alone with nature, but without having to sacrifice comforts. Great for escaping the hustle of everyday life! We live in a popular holiday region , but a few kilometers away from the big tourist hustle and bustle.

The cozy cottage offers a garden with a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area. In the bedroom there is a 140 cm bed, and if necessary a 90 cm mattress can be placed on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, the main entrance leads through the basement or garage, which can also be seen in the pictures. The second entrance leads through the shared garden.
