The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. We live in a popular holiday region , but a few kilometers away from the big tourist hustle and bustle.

The cozily furnished cottage offers a garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area. There is a 140cm bed in the bedroom, and if needed, a 90 cm mattress can be placed on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, the main entrance leads through the basement or garage, which is also shown on the pictures. The second access leads through the shared garden.
