Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Quiet location but with good transport links in all directions. The tram stop is about a 7-minute walk away. In about 5 minutes' drive to the highway ramps in all directions. Heilbronn and Neckarsulm can be reached in a few minutes by country road. Shopping on site (partly with a short walk): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, various bakeries. Recreation: The natural monument Waldheide, the Stadtseebachtal and the castle ruins of Weibertreu invite you to take a walk. Within walking distance of the apartment!

Stereo system with CD, turntable and USB connection, TV, Bluray, Wi-Fi, USB and Amazon Prime. Both rooms are used by you. Decorative items, books, CDs, DVDs and records are part of the equipment. Our apartment Berta's Bleibe has a spacious bedroom with a large double bed made of solid wood and a bedroom with two cozy single beds. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The living and dining area invites you to relax with its high-quality oak parquet floor and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen-living room offers you all the utensils you need for cooking. Absolutely! Resort Obertor

The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. The 66 m² apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for guests with physical disabilities. There is also plenty of space for our little guests to play and discover.

The apartment 50m2. Newly built Wooden House in 2022. The highlight is the 15 m wooden balcony built into the trees. Modern English wooden kitchen , refrigerator, electric stove , dishwasher, smoothie maker asl well al SMEG coffee machine, Media TV , 1 Bedroom : 180x200 m bed as well a 1 small single bed. a Futonsofa which coverts into a compromise sleeping place 180x200 m can be used as extra sleeping facility in the living room.

Cozy, bright attic apartment in a spacious two-family house in a quiet location close to the forest in Weinsberg. Whether artists, commuters, on assembly, hiking, wine and short breaks, whether alone or as a couple, as a starting point for all activities in the diverse Weinsberg Valley, the property is ideally suited. Pantry kitchen (outside the bedroom), private bathroom and balcony offer the necessary independence and retreat.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The entire house was renovated in the 1st renovated in the first half of 2019 and the individual apartments were furnished individually and with a lot of creativity and passion for you, so that you will hopefully feel comfortable.
