The apartment includes 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, cozy living room, extensively equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and a separate toilet. A large balcony with lake view invites you to relax. The Großräschener Hafen (probably 2021 opening) is part of the Lusatian Lake District, which includes Lake Senftenberg. Navigable are about 10-12 flooded open pitches, which are connected by overheads (currently still under construction). Countless kilometers of paved bike paths around the lakes or through the forests make the Lusatian Lake Land a paradise for nature lovers, cyclists, skaters and hikers. Numerous other activities are possible: jet ski rental, horse riding, quad and jeep tours, canoeing, sailing and of course swimming on fine sandy beaches. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberg, the Lausitzring and also the Spreewald. Due to the direct connection to the A13, excursions to Dresden (60 km), Berlin (100km) or Tropical Island (70 km) are conceivable.

The idyllic 120 sqm 3 bedroom house with an extensive garden (deck / swing / slide / football goal) is located in eastern Brandenburg near Beeskow. By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.
