The old rectory, built around 1712, after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete renovation of the monument, now invites you to linger again. The focus of the renovation was on the preservation of the original building material, as well as the use of natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old oak planks, clay plaster, lime colours and solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

Quiet Eifel Escape, overlooking the valley

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Children 8 to 12 years stay for free. Please contact us before booking. Peace and quiet! Private parking and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Dogs are welcome. My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams also crack, the rain rattles on the roof= advantage and disadvantage?

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Vacation home Eifel Cottage

You inhabit the lovingly restored Eifel Cottage on our historic estate from 1795. The renovation was carried out from an ecological point of view and the extensive garden is ecologically managed by us. Hiking trails start right on your doorstep and lead into the extensive forest area of the Südeifel Nature Park. In the evening they can relax by the oven. If you are looking for seclusion and individuality away from tourism, this is the place to be.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

The holiday home Grüne Auszeit Eifel has plenty of space in the outdoor area. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach smaller or larger cities. Due to the quiet location and the large outdoor area, the house is well suited for families with children, but also for a group of friends, one or more couples. The house is beautiful, but the highlight is the outdoor area with the great view of the Prümtal.
