A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (extra charge) and a home cinema. We will be happy to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Overall, you can expect a bright, friendly atmosphere that invites you to feel good.

A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer schönen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ( 57 m² ) im Chemnitzer Schlossviertel. Nah am Stadtzentrum, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schlossteich und dem ältesten Teil unserer Stadt befindet sich unsere individuelle und moderne Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich unser Fotostudio, so dass wir, wenn es gewünscht wird, fast immer in der Nähe sind.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Convenient sleeping option

This is a former office (driving school), which is equipped with a bed. There is a bed (2 m x 1.4 m), a sink, table and sofa. No shower. No stove. The toilet is located separately in the stairwell. Location: In the center of Hohenstein-Er.The train station and Altmarkt are within a 5-10 minute walk. Shopping and catering is very close.
