The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

The apartment is located in the Castle District, only 100 meters from the pedestrian zone. Scenic views of the mountains on one side and the castle on the other. Free parking in the street in front of the house. Ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The 3 separate rooms have double beds, and there is also a nearly 20 square meter room in the attic, which is the children's favorite playground. The kitchen has basic things (fruit bowl, coffee, tea, lemon juice, sugar, salt, spices, coffee cream, etc.).

Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The view extends to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland draisines are traveling. On the terrace, you can enjoy life with a coffee creation that you can get for free from the coffee machine. What more could you ask for?
