Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, sowie Gewürze was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax. There are swimming lakes and tranquil places in nature. Cranes fly over the roof in autumn.

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre, near the lake, with swimming opportunities. It is about 5 km to Motorway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 metres away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The cycle path network is well developed, and a restaurant is within walking distance, about 250 m away.
