In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Dreamy Tiny House Handrösschen

The tiny house with a view of the horse paddock is located on our historic farm just outside Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a fridge, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separation toilet (brilliant, no unpleasant odours). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cosy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor washing-up liquid/shampoo is allowed. Fireplace and fire pit by arrangement.

Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über 4 -6 Schlafplätze und 2 Badezimmer mit WC, 1 großen Balkon und einem großzügigen Wohn-und Essbereich. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Gerne kann ein Zusatzbett bzw. Babybett gestellt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral mitten in Stein in einem mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierten Haus. Wir freuen uns auf unsere Gäste und sind für Fragen und Wünsche jederzeit offen.

Ruhig und unweit des Funparks gelegene Souterrainwohnung mit charmanter Terrasse. Unsere 50m2 Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 2/3 Kinder oder max. 3 Erwachsene. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Boxspringbett und im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch (1,20mx2,0m). Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Lovingly furnished & very charming apartment (4 rooms with balcony, 125 sqm) in Boho style with many details in a listed villa à la Pippi Longstocking. Very central in the old town center, yet quiet. 10 min. to Playmobil, 5 min. from bus & train station with connection to U-Bahn Fürth & Nuremberg (50 min. Nuremberg Fair) & shopping such as REWE, Norma and shops serving daily needs. Up to 5 people max. can sleep in the apartment. From the 5th person €25 surcharge per night.

The apartment is very central – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The subway station is about 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. However, I will set up enough free compartments for you - I hope that is okay with you 😊
