Our 86 m² apartment (new since Jan. 2024) is located on the ground floor of a 3-family house in Lind (district of Zirndorf) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring and modern furniture. The distance to the Playmobil FunPark is only 1.9 km, a bus stop is located at the level of the house. The S-Bahn station of the Nuremberg-Ansbach line is located in the next town (1.1 km). With this you can reach the central train station in just 15 minutes.Nuremberg and from there comfortably via subway to Messe-Nürnberg.

Old town house in a class of its own

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Ruhig und unweit des Funparks gelegene Souterrainwohnung mit charmanter Terrasse. Unsere 50m2 Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 2/3 Kinder oder max. 3 Erwachsene. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Boxspringbett und im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch (1,20mx2,0m). Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.
