The tiny house with a view of the horse paddock is located on our historic farm just outside Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a fridge, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separation toilet (brilliant, no unpleasant odours). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cosy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor washing-up liquid/shampoo is allowed. Fireplace and fire pit by arrangement.

Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über 4 -6 Schlafplätze und 2 Badezimmer mit WC, 1 großen Balkon und einem großzügigen Wohn-und Essbereich. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Gerne kann ein Zusatzbett bzw. Babybett gestellt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral mitten in Stein in einem mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierten Haus. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Boxspringbett und im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch (1,20mx2,0m). Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.
