Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area, there is a spacious built-in closet. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. There is a sofa bed (130 × 200 cm) in the living room. We are happy to provide a cot. Ideal for families, business travellers and groups.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former hotel and was completely renovated in 2017/18. Wetzlar's city center is about 3 km away. Restaurant with a nice beer garden nearby. Shopping is about 900 meters away. A private parking space, as well as free Wi-Fi, are of course available. For arrivals after 9 pm, our keyboy is at your disposal. The apartment is comparable to a "junior suite" in a hotel. Privacy is guaranteed.
