The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Our beautiful apartment is located in a half-timbered house from 1749 in a quiet location in the Vogelsberg. The apartment offers up to 6 sleeping accommodations (2x double beds, 2x single beds) and is equipped with a spacious combined kitchen/living room. The property with a stream, pond and horse paddock invites you to linger. A patio with outdoor dining area can also be used by our guests. Dogs are also very welcome here.

Sheikh House "Living in a historic barn"

More than 20 years ago we bought the Scheiche House, a detached house in the beautiful Vogelsberg volcanic region. In the past, the farmhouse consisted of a residential building, a stable and the barn. We both worked in tourism and led a holiday village for a long time. When we retired, we decided it was impossible without guests! We have always dreamed of renovating the old barn of our house – and now it was the right time.
