Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Oaxaca

Daniel’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Oaxaca. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and only a 20-min walk to Centro. We liked being a bit away from all the noise. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Daniel’s communication was excellent and he was very helpful and friendly. The outdoor communal space was lovely and we met some other travelers. The cat Michi was a highlight of our stay as he visited us often and chilled in the courtyard. We highly recommend this apartment!

Daniel is a great host! The place is super convenient and comfortable. Far enough away from all the downtown action for peace and quiet and a 10 minute walk to be in the middle of it all. Highly recommend. Will stay with Daniel again if we are ever back in Oaxaca!

It is very quiet and the place is comfortable, you can move by taxi or public transport in the center of Oaxaca, I would definitely stay again.

Yazmín is a good host who cares about your comfort. This is a good option if you're looking for peace of mind. Accessing downtown is easy as you can travel by bus or taxi. We had a setback with the address but it could be resolved and everything else was amazing.

Clean, spacious, local, and an easy walk to everywhere. I felt like home immediately, and I really love the communal courtyard where you can get to know other temporary neighbors. Daniel is super friendly and reliable. The super-friendly cat is my favorite part! She cuddled with me a lot, and it was such a joy. I had a great time and I will come back! (P.S. I think I figured out why it's called Lunar flat because of the center patio area with the hammock. It's such a gem!)

Comfortable and close to downtown by car (: As a suggestion to place mosquitoes it would be great to keep the windows open and avoid the mosquitoes. When arriving all the windows were open I guess to keep the apartment cool and it worked, but some furniture had dust, I guess by the same. I know he is a stranger to Dulce but there is a neighbor who starts at 4:30am - 5am they play loud music and start singing in the shower. The two nights I was doing the same routine. It's a little bit bit bit bit. If there's no inconvenience for you, it's perfect. Outside of that the apartment is comfortable, the instructions are clear. (:

It was a pleasant experience to stay in this place, everything was very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. The only problem is that there were days that did not serve the elevator.

the accommodation was clean and completely fine for the money. In addition, there were always fresh eggs from the landlady.

We were very happy with both the home and the Hostess, Becky. We had an outstanding 9 day stay in downtown / old town Oaxaca 2 blocks from Templo de Santo Domingo de Guzmán. Beautiful home/building with large courtyard and large high ceilinged rooms. The home was very well supplied with goodies when we arrived, bottled water, cereals, snacks, coffee, tea, cookies, nuts as well as bathrooms supplies of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, lotions, etc. Lots more than usual for a Temp Accommodation. When the four water jugs ran out she replaced them both times we asked, keeping us supplied. Each room had 2 fans and stayed cool due to the 2 foot plus thick walls and high ceilings. Becky was an excellent host who responded to our questions and requests in a rapid and clear manner. She gave us the house codes 2 days early so that when we arrived we could communicate with her over her wifi if there were problems. Very highly recommended to stay if you are in Oaxaca.

Staying at Stella's is like being a house guest at a friend's retreat. The property is meticulously maintained by her caretakers who go out of their way to help with any and all things. We had the pleasure of Meeting Stella at her beautiful home in CDMX before arriving in Oaxaca which made our stay even better. She is the consummate host with impeccable taste and her Oaxaca house conveys this effortlessly. The kitchen is a dream and we would have happily cooked all our meals there if our restaurant list had not been so full. The linens are thankfully cotton. The location is just close enough to the central district to be convenient yet away from the fray and one short block from a market brimming with stalls filled with incredible foods. Don't miss the Tamale lady, Angelina's Juice stand and the women selling their fruits and vegetables as you head inside the market. We had a memorable stay in Oaxaca and heartily recommend Stella's home as your base for everything Oaxaca!
