This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Located in the east of the island of Tenerife, 20 minutes from the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife. 15 minutes to Puertito de Güímar where you can enjoy the beach and restaurants. 5 minutes away in the village of Arafo, it has all kinds of amenities. 40 minutes from the South and North airports. Having a car is a must.

Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.
