Exceeded all expectations. Gwen was an amazing and welcoming hostess. Her home was comfortable and welcoming - and the view, no words - so beautiful. Loved our stay there and definitely planning on a return visit. Thank you Gwen ! Say Hi to the goats :)

We stayed at Tim and Leisa's guest house for 2 nights in April 2025. Their place was exactly as described - great little "home away from home". Had everything we needed. Central to everything that you might want to do in Sedona and in fact our first hike (Teacup Trail) was literally only minutes away from the front door. The neighborhood itself is very nice - quiet and very walkable. You are also only minutes away from a host of food/shopping options so everything is very convenient in that regard. We would absolutely stay with Tim and Leisa again our next time visiting Sedona.

The studio was great and Nikki is an excellent host and very helpful with instructions and local insight on restaurants and things to do!

Erin & Eric were very quick to respond to all questions. Their place was very clean & quiet. The layout was wide open and very spacious. We loved the fact that all of the places we wanted to see were very close by. I highly recommend them & their place
