Holiday rentals with lake access in Oak Bluffs

The house is nice, large, we had a rest with the whole family, 9 people, plenty of space, there is everything you need in the kitchen. Good quiet location!!!

The home was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked and decorated. It was spotless and the location was beautiful right across from a lake. The yard was gorgeous and the everyone loved the basketball, air hockey and foosball games in the garage. We will be back next summer!

This house is the perfect get away on the Cape! It has all the amenities needed to enjoy a house right on the water. The layout is perfect for both privacy and social interaction for a larger group. We used it to unite our family from around the country and it was perfect! Janelle was amazing and super helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was cozy, clean, and a great place to stay for our time in Cape Cod. Steven is very responsive and we had a fun and easy time there.

This home was fantastic, sitting on a private driveway and lilly padded pond. The house is clean, freshly renovated, and decorated beautifully with a warm cozy, comfortable feeling. Definitely Cape Cod at it's finest. Our family loved the 2 separate TV family rooms, upper and lower, and the kitchen and seating area for meals was fantastic. A wall of glass, in the main FR and kitchen, over looking the pond loaded with wildlife was breathtaking. The home had some of the most comfortable bedrooms we've found and it suited our family wonderfully. N Falmouth is a great location, close several local towns, beaches and sites. Always an easy drive to local restaurants and shopping and then you are always able to return back to this relaxing gem. Our host Leslie, was a joy to deal with and is always quick to respond, polite and very accommodating. We loved our stay and would highly recommended 200 Chester St to anyone.

Regarding the matter of value for what we paid: the addition of almost $1,000.00 in “fees” was a bit troubling and they were not stipulated in the original advertisement for the property. They appeared after we had booked the property. The location and the hostess were great! We had a little trouble with the electronic door lock. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!😊😊😊😊

We loved it here. You can do what we did and spend hours researching places or you could save yourself the bother and just book here. The location is fantastic for access to the whole Cape Cod area. The house is lovely and must have recently had a full refurbishment as everything feels new. It is really well equipped. The water is a real treat and there are lots of great places to sit in sun or shade. We would certainly book this again when visiting the area. Incredibly responsive host who answered our questions very quickly and helpfully.

Deb was a wonderful host! She reached out right away and was very clear in all her directions. Her house was spotless and very comfortable. She kept in contact if we needed anything. And she had a great list of recommendations. We will definitely rent from Deb again!

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

This apartment was exactly as described online: clean, cozy, and near the bike path and a public park. Quiet hours are observed 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (I think I have the hours correct.) Mr. Jefferson was remarkably responsive to our few questions. I would choose this apartment again. NOTE: The apartment is on a busy street, so my wife and I feared that the apartment might be noisy, but it was not, because the ground level apartment is at the rear of the house. The place was peaceful.

Kathy was a wonderful host and the place was amazing. I will simply say I did not want to leave!

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Wow, where to start. Kristin went above and beyond to accommodate us and we ended up getting married here! A wild rainstorm/ nor'easter came in so our beach elopement wedding plans had to be changed... not being from the area we had limited back-up options. Kristin kindly allowed us to do our small ceremony on the beautiful back deck. Even if all that didn't take place, her home would have a special place in our hearts because it's so tranquil and beautifully designed. Cherry on top, the bed was super comfy and kitchen well equipped! We had everything we needed for the week. Kristin's daughter gave us great recommendations too for local spots to eat. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina's place! The location is relaxing and beautiful. We were able to take the canoe out on the pond/lake, which was a lot of fun. The room is very cute, and we were able to cook and grill very easily. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely book again!

This was a perfect cottage for our week long vacation on the Cape. We wanted to stay in a central location to our planned activities and the cottage was a 20-30 min drive to local towns and an hour from Boston. The neighborhood was quiet, but this may change as the weather warms and more people arrive for weekends and vacations. The cottage has been recently updated and it was super clean. It has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time at the Crooked Cottage. The house was spotless clean, well stocked, and very comfortable beds. We immediately felt welcome there, as we arrived after a long drive to find fresh flowers and a bottle of delicious wine waiting for us. Kira left useful tips for things to do around the area, and sent us detailed and personalized suggestions upon request. We loved all her recommendations and discovered some additional places on our own. The house is conveniently located to hikes, bike paths, and beaches as well as life in the town. We highly recommend her place and look forward to returning some time.

Great location too for everything we wanted to do as well as close enough to visit with our local family in town. Very Pleased with the house. Exactly like it was described and in a very good location for where we needed to be, restaurants, stores etc. The host was great, check on us, answered questions quickly etc. House is clean, nice, and everything worked perfectly from the TV to Wifi, Micro Wave Coffee maker and so on. Quite street, but not far from anything you need or want to do. Beds and furniture very comfortable, a very nice place to stay, and a great value.

The fenced off yard was perfect for my dog. It was a fun place to come back to and relax outside with my dog No worries about my dog getting away . And the area is close to so many great beaches . The inside was very confortable and enjoyable. A great place to stay at the Cape

Loved our stay at the Snug. It was the perfect space and location to stay with our little family of 3. Nancy was very helpful, kind and responsive. The place was spotless, rooms were more spacious than expected, and the outdoor area feels like a private little getaway. Ideal location and walkable to anything you want to do. 3 minute drive to local beaches. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Jen's place is located in a great location in terms of cape. it's close to a lot of things we would want to do on the cape. And it's on a very quiet and private lot, giving a tranquil and peaceful feeling the moment you walk in. The home is a cottage in a sense that it's basic and don't have luxury kitchens or fancy bathrooms but it's very functional and have all essential needs one can think of. Jen is nice and helpful, simply a pleasant interaction.

The cottage is very cozy with a nice open kitchen, dining, living room space. The couch is very comfortable and large. The shared yard space is a nice bonus.
