An atmospheric house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banner, and a self-contained entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large fold-out corner, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a sauna. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Mount Szczytnik.
